When you’re looking to make your YouTube videos as entertaining as possible, you need a microphone for youtuber. As someone who makes my own videos, I can tell you that without the right equipment, your videos will lack the impact that many other YouTube videos have. A proper microphone is one of the most important items you’ll need. The right microphone for youtuber will help make or break your entire video.
When it comes to buying a microphone for youtubers, you’ll notice that there are two main options. You can choose between wireless microphones that are wired. The type of microphone you purchase is going to depend on exactly what you’re going to be doing with it. Here are some different options you have when it comes to your microphone for youtuber.
Wireless Microphone – If you’re going to be performing live shows or having others perform live shows on youtuber, then you’re going to want a wireless microphone. These types of mics are easy to set up and are generally very cheap. They’re also fairly easy to get audio from and transmit to you, meaning you don’t have to waste time uploading everything you’re going to be broadcasting.
Microwave microphone stand – If you’re going to be doing a lot of recording, then you’re going to need a microphone stand. These stands are pretty popular and are generally quite cheap. Some of them are really cheap and ugly, but there are many of these that are quite useful. The great thing about these microphone stands is that they are stable and are not going to move around a lot, which is perfect if you’re recording while you’re traveling. If you’re traveling any sort of distance at all, especially if you’re recording over a shoulder or something, a microphone stand is going to be essential to your setup.
Tripod microphone – Tripods are another microphone that is pretty popular. The tripod microphone stand will help you keep your sound level as steady as possible. If you’re doing any sort of long distance audio recording, this is what I would advise. It will be a little more comfortable for you. There’s no point in getting a cheap tripod stand if it’s not going to help you.
Microphone Speakers – If you’re going to be doing live performances, then you may want a sub-woofer, just to get the same effect as you would with a normal microphone. You can usually find speakers at a local sound shop or online. If you’re going to be doing a lot of recordings, then you’ll probably want to buy a microphone, and then a proper stand, if you don’t already have one. There are many different brands of microphone out there, and some of them are better than others. You have to decide what you want out of your microphone, and what’s best for you.
Microphone Clips – If you’re going to be doing a lot of videos, then you should definitely consider getting a microphone and clips. There are so many different types of clips, and they all do different things. For example, some of them will record sounds for you, and then edit them. Others will record everything and then edit them afterwards.
Microphone Mounts – These days, you can’t just put any old microphone on your stand. They have to be compatible, and they also have to have something sturdy on them. I recommend going with something like the Nokona 2-piece microphone mount, because it’s very sturdy, and mounts easily to any standard size stand.
